The company’s portfolio includes small housing estates and large, multi-storey apartment buildings, A-class office complexes and historical real estate undergoing revitalization, such as Fort Mokotów in Warsaw.

White Stone, as a “brand umbrella”, consists of three structures with different business profiles: White Stone Development, White Stone Construction and White Stone Art & Culture. This division allows for the implementation of specialised projects in each of these areas, where Art & Culture is also an expression of the interests and passions of the White Stone people.

It employs a full range of specialists – from engineers present in the industry for over 20 years, who have developed methods of organizing investment projects, through well-educated managers who easily navigate the modern world of business, to young people full of commitment and passion. The White Stone Group deals with investment planning and preparation, project management and investor supervision, investment costs, sales and marketing of investment projects. It also acts as a project supervisor. The developer has erected 29 residential buildings (2000 commissioned flats) with a total value of over PLN 2 billion, 8 commercial buildings and 150,000 sqm of office space.
